The service
BestAIScraper provides comparisons of third-party scraping tools, and an API that fetches publicly accessible web pages and extracts structured data from them using AI models.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the API and the data it returns. You agree to:
- only submit URLs you're permitted to access, and respect sites' terms, robots.txt and rate limits;
- not use the service to collect personal data unlawfully, infringe copyright, or bypass authentication or access controls;
- not attempt to probe internal networks, overload the service, or resell raw access without permission.
We may suspend keys that violate these terms.
Credits and refunds
Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record (reseller) for the order and handles payment, applicable sales tax/VAT, receipts and payment support. Prices are shown before tax, and tax is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Credits are prepaid, don't expire and aren't redeemable for cash. Credits for failed requests are refunded automatically. If you're unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund unused credits.
Accuracy
AI extraction can make mistakes. Results are provided "as is", without warranty. Validate data before you rely on it for important decisions. Our tool comparisons reflect publicly available information at the date shown, and vendors may change their offerings at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
