- **API and billing:** include your key prefix (the first 10 characters, e.g. `bas_AbCdEf`), never the full key. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record, so receipts and payment questions can also go through the link in your Stripe receipt email.
- **Corrections to a review:** tell us the tool, what changed, and a link to the vendor's official page. We re-check and update the "pricing checked" date.
- **Vendors:** we don't accept payment for rankings. See our [affiliate disclosure](https://bestaiscraper.com/legal/disclosure).
